Support has gone fishing
I will gladly bump up a star as soon as the developers actually look at the questions and requests on the forums and incorporate more of them in the FAQ. Can you blame them? This is such a popular app, they are probably collecting their revenue from a tropical island, I know I would.
But unlike a mobile app, there are features that don’t explain themselves (examples: at least 4 different behaviors for jump, slice, and loop. excluding chopping effects, what are their varying behaviors?. There is no interface indicator for the “selected” deck, as far as I can tell, although MIDI controller mappings permit you to assign parameters to it. What is the significance of “Grid" size, and how, without any visual or audible feedback would I even know if I changed it? And so on...)). And because the noisiest participants will eagerly reply without actually contributing further information, leaving it to the masses to answer eachother’s questions has failed. If it wasn’t my observation, I wouldn’t be writing this review as feedback. I’d be reading a manual or working it out with support.
